"Amazing hotel. We came for the weekend for an event at the NEC and we were so happy we booked this place. Not only was the place itself lovely, but the staff also showed the same loveliness. We were also surprised that there was a complementary shuttlebus that took us to and from the NEC building, at different times throughout the day and evening (Around every 30-60 mins depending) The food was also lovely and much appreciated. "Very nice Bed and Breakfast. John and kim were very welcoming. Made sure you new where you could get dinner localy etc. John even cleared a space in his garage so that i could put my motorcycle in. Breakfast was fantastic, and the train station is literally just up the road. The NEC etc are close by. I have already booked for next year. "

"Bancroft Hotel was a lovely place to stay, the bed was comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated to clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could think of available. Vikki was always on hand to help and pleasant to deal with. I stay two nights while attending a conference at the NEC Birmingham and cannot recommend enough the the short journey time but distance it gave me from the event."
