"The Ampersand is in the perfect location if you want to stay in South Kensington. It’s literally across the street from the underground station and very close to great museums, restaurants, etc. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they left him a lovely selection of delicious chocolates. Amenities were also very nice in our room and we will definitely stay again next time we are in London. "

"Hotel is a proper 5 star experience in a beautiful, but quiet street of London - located very close to Hyde Park and near Buckingham Palace. The staff were wonderful and the lobby area is a unique area to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and the occasional board game / cards in a quiet but homely setting (with a cup of tea ofcourse!)."

"Would stay again .EVERYTHING you need is right there. Down the street is the Victoria and Albert museum and Museum of Natural history. BEds were so comfortable. Staff so wonderful. Walked out of gloucester tube station and there was the hotel. Another place close by is The royal Albert hall."

"Where to begin. The staff are tremendously helpful and friendly and the entire place incliding the apartment is spotlessly clean. I was welcomed by 3 members of staff, I was there a tad early so left my luggage and went to the shops. When I came back, my apartment was ready and my luggage was in the apartment hallway waiting for me. Massive attention to detail in the apartment itself with everything you could possibly imagine taken care of. 10/10 for Lexham Gardens and for the staff running it....

"We have stayed at Collingham Apartments many times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting London. The building is very secure with somebody at the desk 24 hours a day. Some of the staff have been there for years and it’s great to see their friendly faces and any newcomers. We love the fact the apartment has a kitchen and washing machine. The rooms are spotless and you can’t beat the location. Easy walking distance to Earls Court and Gloucester Road Tube Stations. Lots of dining options in...

"When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history...
