"Handy location and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk into town and had parking (for a fee). Booked a deluxe double, but unsure what made it any different to a standard room. Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is...

"Eveything was perfect: location, cleanliness, staff and omg the breakfast! Brilliant location for concerts or shopping . Lots of restaurant's and bars within walking distance, as well as a tesco and sainsburys juat around the corner. Defintialy our new hotel of choice in Birmingham."

"Friendly and helpful staff, we phoned the day before to ask for two rooms interconnecting and were pleased when we arrived there was a note on our booking and were allocated the requested rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurants, Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express on doorstep plus Cinema 5 minute walk. Sea Life, Legoland 10 minute walk. Nice area and peaceful. Would recommend and would stay again."
