"This is a charming, modern, friendly place in the heart of South Yarra. The rooms are nicely sized, the bathrooms well appointed, the common areas have a nice vibe around it. Staff are friendly and attentive. The Nespresso machine in the lobby is a nice touch. The location is excellent - right in the heart of a restaurant precinct. I have stayed here a few times now in the past few years, and The Como remains my "go to" place for when I visit friends in Melbourne. "

"We had a junior suite which was exactly as shown , very clean with everything you could want . Even had a pod coffee machine which was for us a great addition. Staff were very courteous ,helpful and obliging . Check in/ out was so easy . Great location , short walk to tram line . Will definently be staying here again. "

"It was perfect for the one night that I needed. I arrived very late and enjoyed the fact that they have 24hr front desk clerks for check ins. I was able to park on the street nearby. Though I got lucky."

"Locating the car entry was a little difficult, even with the directions provided for Google Maps. Next time, I’ll probably use public transport since it’s only a short walk from Richmond Station. The location is excellent for attending sporting events and accessing the CBD. I’ll definitely stay here again. Although it’s on a busy road, the apartment itself was very quiet inside and made for a comfortable stay."

"This a great place to stay while in Melbourne. Staff were quite accommodating, parking while extra really secure and easy to access, location is a few minutes walk from the trams that go to the city and south and it is a 20 minutes ride by tram to the heart of town. Good food options a couple of minutes nearby but if you do choose to include breakfast it is hearty with lots of options and quality food. All modern amenities as expected including decent Wifi and housekeeping is regular and...
