"Made to order breakfast is legit! Really fresh and served to your table. The grounds are huge at this resort. Tropical and the orchids were blooming everywhere. Our room was gorgeous and super clean. Overall location was perfect for us. Half block to Duval and half mile walk to ocean in either direction. I'd give this place 6 stars if that was an option."

Extremely helpful, and so very nice and friendly - and I do mean all of them from the front desk clerk, to the food and beverage manager - could not have been nicer. The hotel is beautiful, and the complimentary rum punch every afternoon was something you won't get anywhere else that I know of. From now on this is our go-to accommodations in Key West!"

"Never got new towels or linens during our 8 night stay. Only two rolls of toilet paper also. I asked the cleaning staff/service for more toilet paper one day. There was a language barrier. They did a lot of talking amongst themselves, but no one came over and talked to me after I asked the lady in the courtyard about it. Great location and a straightforward place to stay. No glam, but a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. "
