"The property is beautiful and conveniently situated. Our room was large and very comfortable. The concierge service assisted us with several outings, which was extremely helpful. I want to brag most of all about the staff. They were all very gracious. They met us at the door the day we arrived with an orchid lei for each of us (including our family member who lives in Da Nang and wasn't staying with us at the hotel) and a cool drink. They recognized us as we came and went, knew our room number when we arrived for the breakfast buffet, and thanked us with a small gift when we checked out. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit my son in Da Nang, and will recommend TMS to anyone else visiting the city. "

"Every thing at this hotel was top notch. Great beach view from our balcony, and the rooftop pool. Very good breakfast,with lots of choices. Sky bar at night for a late drink and or bute to eat. Front desk staff were proffesional,and doormen helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Nuang and Tina working the breakfast room, These ladies were a breath of fresh air and made us feel special,almost like family. On my birthday,surprised me with with cake and candle and a birthday song. ( a very nice touch) We didnt even tell them it was my birthday, but they found out and surpriced me. These ladies were always smiling and looking after us. Great job ladies, 2 thumbs uo."

"The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent in this hotel. The breakfast is of a good standard too and it is nice to have the choice of an afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the check in wasnt great. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, which in itself is fine, but it would have been useful if the receptionist could have told us how long we would need to wait. Apart from that we thought this was a very good hotel."
