"Nice"

"The hotel was well kept; however, the rooms were oddly configured and had limited space for storing personal items (i.e., no bureaus, very small closets, and no vanity space in some of the bathrooms). The daily snacks were a nice touch and delicious. We traveled with a 9 yr old, and options for children at the hotel were very limited. There are restrictions on pool usage for children which was not advertised. The staff were hit or miss. Restaurant staff were knowledgeable and friendly; however, the front desk staff appeared annoyed when we asked for recommendations and were limited in options they did recommend. The exception to this was Vicente and one other woman (we didn’t get her name, but she had a lip piercing). Those two were extremely helpful and kind. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located and a good option for couples. It really should be advertised as an adult’s only option. "

"The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean and inviting. The included breakfast was incredible and so was all the other dinners we decided to have there as well. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. "
